the incident in november left a 6- year-old autistic boy dead. now the two deputy marshals involved are facing murder charges. nats - "i never saw a kid in the car, man" first grader...jeremy mardis was with his father when this happened. police say they were chasing the car for two miles when the boys father was driving recklessly. when the car stopped police shot at the car...killing jeremy and injuring his father. this video doesn't show the father driving re you can see the man with his hands up. it's still not clear why the deputies were pursuing the car in the first place. both officers are now awaiting trail. now, we are hearing from the family of the 6-year old boy in critical condition - after a school shooting in south carolina. :11-end "he is fighting every day, every moment to survive. and he will survive. he's a very strong-willed son." last night the community held a prayer vigil for the little boy.. he was shot in the leg on tuesday.
